House policy and rules


To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house policy and rules. By confirming the reservation, you confirm you are familiar with and agree with them and that you will fully adhere to them. A violation of the house rules and policies can result in the cancellation of the reservation and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation, regardless of the shorter stay.

General information

  • Wi-Fi is available in the entire house and is free of charge.
  • Studio/Apartments will clean and prepare the apartment before arrival and once per week during your stay, if the stay is longer than 10 nights.
  • MartaMare will provide clean towels every 3rd day during your stay.
  • We take security deposit 300 EUR.


Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in from 17:00 until 21:00, 48h prior arrangement necessary
  • Check-out 8:00 - 11:00


Cancellation policy

  • You will be charged the total price of your reservation, if cancelled after 30 days before arrival.
  • If cancelled after check-in, reimbursement is not possible.
  • Non-refundable option
  • 100% of the price will be charged after booking, reimbursement is not possible.


Children and extra bed policy

  • One child under 4 years stays free of charge, when using existing beds (by parents) or in a baby cot.
  • Maximum capacity of extra beds for adults in the apartment is 2, in the studio 1.
  • Maximum capacity of baby cots in an apartment / studio is 1.


Pets are allowed only with prior confirmation by MartaMare.

  • Bringing pets without prior announcement and confirmation from MartaMare is not allowed and MartaMare has the right to cancel the accommodation.
  • Pets should have all the necessary documents to prove that they are healthy and that they are vaccinated in accordance with the legal regulations in the Republic of Croatia.
  • You should always keep the pet on a leash in public areas.
  • Additional fee for pats will be charged 15 EUR / day.
  • Pets are not allowed to lay and sleep in the bed or on the couch. If so, additional charges will be applied.
  • The guest must provide a bed as well as bowls for eating and drinking and special towels for the pet. It is forbidden to use any dishes from the kitchen for the pet. It is forbidden to use any towels that are provided for guests for the pet.


Parking

  • Public parking is possible at locations near-by (reservation is not possible).

House rules

  • Please take care of the rented apartment / studio. Please inform us about any failure as soon as you notice it. We will try to fix the damage as soon as possible.
  • On arrival you will be given instructions, which you are obliged to respect.
  • In the house you will find oiled wooden surfaces. You should avoid very strong wetting and aggressive cleaning agents. Wooden surfaces are cleaned only with a damp cloth and should not be wet for a longer period. In case of a bigger amount of water, it is necessary to wipe out / dry immediately.
  • Mosquito nets are on all windows. You open / close the net with both arms by pressing on both sides of the roller shutter. For closing you pull down the roller shutter. We recommend keeping them closed at all times.
  • Some lights can be dimmed.
  • Smoking is forbidden in all closed areas. The fine for smoking in closed areas is 125 EUR.
  • Mandatory recycling of general waste, plastic / cans / foil, paper and glass.
  • Apartments’/ rooms’ accessories (pillows, blankets, towels and the like) are not allowed to be taken out of the apartments.
  • It is forbidden to use towels provided by MartaMare on the beach.
  • Respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors in the apartment and the common area.
  • When leaving the apartment, close the windows and turn off electric appliances, A / C and water taps.
  • Please report the loss of the key immediately to the mail or mobile phone of MartaMare.
  • The guest who causes damage to MartaMare property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of the damage.
  • Please immediately inform the staff of any defects or faults in the apartment or possible dissatisfaction with the service.
